All-on-4 Dental Implants
Missing teeth can make you feel incredibly self-conscious around your friends and family, especially if you're missing an entire arch.
At Advanced Oral Surgery of Tampa, we can restore a full arch of missing teeth in just one day using the state-of-the-art All-on-4® method.
Why are so many patients choosing All-on-4 implants over traditional dentures?

The Benefits of All-on-4 Modern Dentistry's Best Restorative Option
Reliable Security
Traditional dentures typically need uncomfortable dental adhesive and natural suction to stay in place. Even though modern dentures are more secure than the prosthetics of the past, they are still prone to slip out of place. Conversely, with the All-on-4 method, our oral surgeon can securely attach a high-quality denture to just four dental implants, which are fused with your jaw. Because they are attached to permanent implants, All-on-4 dentures remain in place while you are eating, speaking, and smiling.
Fast Treatment Timeline
If you are missing a full dental arch, you probably want a solution as fast as possible. When you choose Advanced Oral Surgery of Tampa for All-on-4 dental implant treatment, you can have your full mouth of teeth restored in only one appointment. You'll come in to either our Land O'Lakes or Valrico office with no teeth, and you'll leave with a bright, durable, healthy-looking smile.
Life-Changing Results
By delivering new teeth in one day through implant dentistry, we have helped many patients at our practice immediately improve the way they look and the way they feel. Replacing missing teeth can help you eat your favorite foods, enunciate properly, and smile with confidence once again. What Is the All-on-4 Method?
The All-on-4 method for restoring a full arch of missing teeth is one of the most exciting developments in the dental field in recent years. All-on-4 describes the technique of attaching a full denture to only four dental implants.
While older techniques of placing implant-supported dentures would require six or eight implants, the All-on-4 method enables oral surgeons to use just four implants by placing two of the implants into the jaw at an angle. This technique supplies the same amount of support to both the denture and the jawbone while requiring less surgical intervention.
Additionally, the All-on-4 implant method requires less healthy bone tissue in the jaw, so patients who may not qualify for regular implant dentistry can still qualify for All-on-4, even without bone grafting.

Everything they said that was going to happen with my oral surgery is exactly what happened. I also recovered fairly quickly based on my expectation. The staff is great. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and know how to keep you in good spirits even when you are nervous. What more can you ask for!
Advanced Oral Surgery has superior customer service. What a great feeling you receive when you enter the office. The team is so compassionate and caring. This is extremely noticeable when you look at the interaction between team members.

What Are Dental Implants?
Dental implants are titanium posts that serve as prosthetic tooth roots. An oral surgeon places implants through the gums and directly into the jawbone. Over time, the biocompatible titanium in the implants naturally fuses with the bone in a process known as osseointegration. Once the fusing process is complete, implants provide all of the support and strength of natural tooth roots.
Dental professionals can use implants to restore any number of missing teeth. When a patient has a full mouth of missing teeth, Dr. Jason Edwards at Advanced Oral Surgery of Tampa prefers to use just four implants on each arch with the All-on-4 method.
