Dr. Jason Blundell brings hands-on surgical skill and compassionate patient care to Advanced Oral Surgery of Tampa. With a 10-year background as an oral surgeon in the U.S. Navy, he values his patients and especially welcomes the chance to work with fellow veterans. His most rewarding moments in practice come from seeing patients transform emotionally and physically after multi-stage treatment plans.
Get to Know Dr. Jason Blundell
Dr. Blundell is originally from Kansas City, MO. His father served in the United States Navy, requiring several moves throughout his life.
Dr. Blundell followed in his father's footsteps and proudly served his country in the United States Navy from 2008 to 2018. During his time in service, he was stationed at Naval Hospital Pensacola and Naval Air Station Pensacola in Pensacola, FL, Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, NC, and the USS Harry S. Truman CVN-75, which is homeported in Norfolk, VA.
When Dr. Blundell is not providing excellent oral surgeries to Tampa Bay area patients, he enjoys family time, weightlifting, fishing, playing guitar and piano, and coaching baseball.
